Day 1 - Why?
AoPL in business and organizational context

Welcome, creating a container for learning
  • Sharing inspiration from the hosting team to call  this training in Croatia and continue learning journey, inviting new practitioners to connect in times of complexity, fragmentation and unsafety, share  experiences, knowledge and wisdom from their contexts and have meaningful conversations that matter right now to us, our organizations and our world!
  • Mingling: meet at least 5 people, share what makes you happy today?
  • Checking in circle: Who are you? What is important for you to learn here?
Four fold practice- essence of the AoPL
  • Speaking about the folds/different roles of practice
  • Stepping into the role you are most comfortable in your work
  • Stepping into the role you need to learn/develop the most
