The intention of this harvesting site is to remind participants on tangible and intangible outcomes and serve as useful resource for practice and further learning. It contains the flow of training in  Opatija 2017,  and photos of people and flipcharts/papers created by hosting team and participants.
Hope it will also serve as inspiration for "future participants" in next learning opportunities.

Day 1
Why PL in business and organizational context?

Creating container for learning,  getting to know each other, sharing personal motivation and sensing collective one and our intention to support each other during these three days and beyond.  Starting to explore leadership as hosting and hosting as leadership and seeing our organizations as living systems, using opportunity to find deeper questions in Wold Café conversations that matters and preparing for hosting in day 2.

Day 2
What are the underlying patterns of PL?

Practice harvesting as output management, exploring methodologies through stories of application and learning about framework of participatory leadership (convergence/divergence). Linking the practice to individuals work context and exploring deeper questions in Open Space. Stepping out of the comfort zone for real learning to happen and stepping into the hosting role.

Day 3
How to design for application and implementation?

Reflecting on hosting practice and exploring building blocks for participatory leadership. Using opportunity to design issues, projects and ideas to apply leadership in a new form in our own context. Inspire and support each other, make commitment to myself as a leader.
