Jan Hein Nielsen (Denmark, Belgium) has been working in the field of systemic organizational change and development since 1995. Jan has especially worked with human resources and the capacity to grow innovation and implement change in organizations with an aligned strategy of natural and sustainable growth. His work have been in all type of organizations – Corporates, Public Administration and NGO's. Jan is the owner of consultancy company Hein & Nielsen Sprl. based in Bruxelles. Since the beginning Jan was inspired of the potential in leadership engaging and empowering resources in co-creating collaborative and innovative solutions, and he has made it a core competence to implement participatory governance and leadership in organizational development and as a capacity for leaders to train and practice. Jan has co-founded The Art of Hosting (The Art of Participatory Leadership) and The Flow Game, and is the author to a book on the process of innovation, “Idea Development – from head to hands”.

Miljenka Plazonić Bogdan (Croatia) is a professional facilitator and HR consultant. She is using participatory group processes as an engine in establishing long-term collaboration and supporting further development and growth of the organizations. She is working across sectors, with many years of experience in the profit and non-profit sector. Miljenka is an active member of the Art of Hosting network since the early stages of the network. She is one of the cofounders of the Impact Hub Zagreb, the first Croatian co-working space and a community for development of entrepreneurs, that promotes entrepreneurship and its positive social influence. Miljenka lives in Zagreb and works in the EMEA region, as a facilitator through CPL since its beginnings as Šesti oblik, and as an international HR consultant through the ITO United Change consulting network.

Jasmina Lukačević (Croatia) works as a General Manager of SD Worx Adriatic region, with specific knowledge of Human Resources and Organizational Development processes. She has many years of experience in management role and as internal and external consultant, trainer and facilitator. Jasmina is interested in developing leadership capacity and using all potentials to achieve business strategy, motivation and engagement across all organizational levels. Her approach to solving complex problems is based on designing and hosting participatory processes and conversations that matter "here and now" with wise and sustainable outcomes. She is The Art of Hosting practitioner since 2003 and Flow Game host since 2010. By primary education, Jasmina is M. Sc. in Mathematics and currently attending university specialization in Human Resources.

Adrijana Strnad, PCC, CPF (Croatia) works as an executive coach, leadership trainer, facilitator and lecturer. Her greatest passion in working with organizations is Team coaching, grounded in almost 15 years of playing in the corporate arena, managing high performing teams in the field of Marketing Operations, Communications and Organizational Development. Holding an endless curiosity in discovering how team dynamics, personal growth and business performance are connected, she helps teams of executives to facilitate organizational change by showing up as transformational leaders. BSc in electrical engineering, with a postgraduate degree in management and years of training and corporate practice in strategic marketing and organisational learning, before launching her coaching and consulting practice she worked primarily in the industries of ICT and Telecommunications. She is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach, IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, Certified Points of You Trainer, Licensed Four Rooms of Change User and seasoned Art of Hosting Practitioner.
Blanka Lasić is business trainer and coach. She has corporative HR experience with focus on training and developing retail sales teams. Her career started in selection and recruitment but her passion for education and development led her to become specialist in personal and organisational development. She was responsible for creating and delivering different projects and HR tools in order to support sales teams.
Now she is entrepreneur and runs her own company MINDIST that delivers soft skills trainings, employer branding consultancy and business coaching. She is very active as guest lecturer and motivational speaker on different universities and conferences. Petra Založnik works as trainer, facilitator and as a host in multiple settings: from Public Administration to NGO's sector in corporate and private sector. In the last few years, she has been focusing on bringing the innovations into the systems and supporting organizations with trainings about participatory leadership. Her main passion and area of learning presents the power of stories in organizations and empowering people and organizations through visual collaboration. Petra is also graphic facilitator and The Art of Hosting practitioner. By primary education, she is pedagogue and sociologist of culture. She runs her own company CorRoots. She believes in the harmony of chaos and order, meaningful conversations and trusts that in real collaboration and partnership we can design powerful stories that lead us to an empowering present and even more nourishing future.

The Art of Participatory Leadership training is distilled from hundreds of trainings based on the Art of Hosting approach, held worldwide since 2003.
